In order to protect the rights and interests of existing participants, maintain the stable and orderly operation of the market, and coordinate with system function optimization and security upgrades, the China CBDC management department has decided to make the following arrangements: 1. Suspension of subscription arrangement From the date of this announcement, the primary market will suspend the acceptance of new subscription applications. During the suspension period, related functions such as new subscriptions and subscription reservations will be temporarily closed. The resumption time will be further notified based on the system's operational status. II. System upgrade and maintenance During the subscription suspension period, the system will simultaneously undergo version upgrades, performance optimizations, and security maintenance to further enhance system stability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
